  Intensity Pro dropping frames

  Ok, Mpeg captured through PP2 and put on timeline. Parts that require rendering due to effects or transitions preview fine. Parts that do not require rendering play for about 3 seconds and the video begins to stutter and drop frames.

  The system is a Supermicro based dual xeon 3.4g workstation with 2 gig ram and Nvidia 3450 GC. All sata drives NON raid.

  Is this machine really too slow to handle this?

  Could this be a drive speed issue?
