  • Intensity driver 9.5.2 (Mac) broke 1440×1080 footage for Premiere CS6!

Posted by Justin Ferar on June 20, 2012 at 5:46 pm

This driver (Mac version) displays 1440×1080 (anamorphic HD) footage as squeezed (bars on right and left) – specifically AVC-Intra 50 P2 footage. This is when using the AVC-intra 50 preset sequence in Premiere. The image in Premiere’s viewer is fine.

The workaround is to use the AVC-100 preset sequence.

Another oddity is when using Premiere’s half res option things get even weirder – the footage is double squeezed even in the AVC 100 sequence.

Please fix! Right now the driver is unusable for 1440×1080 footage!

Got a response back from tech support…

They are aware of the bug and are working on the next update.

This should be fixed in 9.5.3.
