Intensity and timecode
I’m interested in batch capturing from HDV using the Intensity card for HDMI and firewire for deck control. I just want to make sure that time code comes through when using the Intensity card and that I can bump to the prores codec.
Anyone know if either of the above is a problem? I’m on an 8core intel w/ FCP.

I recently used the Intensity to re-batch a 10 min project to 8-bit uncompressed HD that was originally cut in HDV. I was excited to see everything come in just fine…seemed to be pretty much frame accurate. I’m using FCP.
