    Intel Core 2 Duo

    I’m looking to build a PC running new software-only version Avid Media Composer. I’m trying to decide btw
    Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Pentium Dual Core. I know the Dual Core works fine, just wondering how the Intel Core 2 Duo runs

    Yes it works with Media Composer and Xpress Pro. I am building one as we speak with the E6600 and the Asus P5W DH Deluxe. Check the Avid forum, you will see that it is working good.
