    Hello,

I,ve posted this on the AE forum, so forgive me if you’ve read it. I’m rendering a sequence in C4D and exporting the camera data in to AE, so I can generate a ground plane as a 3D layer in AE and use the imported camera from Cinema with the rendered sequence (which I’m leaving as a normal 2D layer,of course). The first issue is that the fov is much wider than it should be, and even correcting this I just don’t seem able to get a good lock between the ground and the pre-rendered model – there appears to be a z rotate correction I have to make (to the AE 3D layer) during the camera move. I’ve replicated this with a simple cube and a (target) camera and still have the same issues.I’m also setting the ground plane in AE based on the co-ordinates in the Cinema file. Should there be a rock solid lock, or am I expecting too much? Any ideas? Thanks in advance,

    Neil
