intallation
i installed the program yesterday and while it opens up i get a run time error: This application (support files\afterfx.exe) has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
and then it stops.what should i do?

Yow! I’d call Adobe tech support on that one — you should have some complimentary support available .. if they still do that sort of thing.

You have free installation support on the Adobe products as far as I’m aware.
phone ’em, they’re usually very friendly and helpful over at Adobe. (excecpt when it comes to spilling the beans about when the new version are released…)
