    Hi All:
I am a long-time post professional that just started a small production Company. My first project is a low budget (Under 10K) commercial. I do not have any insurance for the company yet. Do you get a blanket liability policy or can yet get the insurance for the shoot itself? Any idea how much this might cost?
    Thanks for the input!

you can get a short term policy for the shoot (coverage for equipment, locations, people) The amount obviously depends on the how much coverage you buy…which depends on the value of the equipment that you need to rent.

    here’s a company I have used: https://www.taylorinsurance.com/short_term.html
