Installed the Pro App update but still running 7.0??
Am I missing something or being thick?
I installed the Pro Apps update 2009-01 on 26 October but my “About Final Cut Pro” window still claims I am running 7.0. I was expecting that to be 7.1 now. Any one have any suggestions as to how I can find out what is going on?

Go to the Apple Icon.
Select ‘About this mac’
Select ‘more info’
Drop down arrow to ‘Software’
Select ‘Applications’
This list should show the current version of all installed aps. -
Thanks for the quick reply. This showed me that I had BOTH 7.0 and 7.0.1 installed! The dock alias has been opening a copy of the app from am Applications Back Up folder. All well and good now with the updated version. Thanks again for your help

this discovery also seems to have fixed my “jumpy” video in Full Screen mode after my install of Pro Apps 2009-01 – THANKS!

whoops! Spoke too soon – still have problem of jumpy video in Full Screen mode after Pro Apps 2009-01 install. Same files played in QT do not jump… also, older EDLs now jump…
any thoughts out there?
