  Installation & Crashing Issues

  Hi folks, there seems to be quite a few posts regarding installation issues. There also issues related to crashes.

  While I and others here try to help users leverage on the USE of their software, including installation issues, I feel that folks should not forget to FIRST, get in touch with their resellers and then with Adobe directly. And of course use the COW’s search engines.

  Your resellers and Adobe provide telephone support for such issues and more often than not, an interactive troubleshooting session over the telephone will help to solve your installation and crashing issues faster.

  By all means do post here if you have exhausted support via telephone.

  I write this from personal experience and not as one of your moderators here.
