  Inserting Video into a 3d monitor for newstyle

  I am looking into doing something like The Soup or Tosh.O where a person is reporting in front of a green screen and there is a 3d monitor with clips and text inside.
  How do I match the size of the monitor and the clips and insert them? Some would be videos already created and others would be me creating graphics for them. The monitor is not perfectly square it is skewed like you see on the shows.
  Do I have to size it properly or is there a snap tool or something that will grab the corners of the monitor.
  I feel like this is something fairly simple to do but I am just not experienced enough in motion.
