Wondering if I’m missing something here. Is there any way to insert a clip into the sequence with out its audio or vice versa (audio no video)?

Tried disconnecting target tracks but it still brings it in.

    Thanks,

    Dane

You mean you’re clicking the track in the timeline so that the Source and Destination boxes are separated? That’s how I usually do it. You can also lock the track with the little lock beside the track number.

Also check the manual for working in the timeline. Index for overwrite and insert editing. There are a couple of different ways to do this. You try them all and see which one works for you.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
