  Input signal

  I have an DeckLink HD Plus card installed on windows XP That can’t get an input signal from. The card was successfully used in the same computer as monitor playback for after effects but never for capture. Now for the first time I’m trying to capture via Premiere Pro 2 and/or the blackmagic deck control. I just updated the drivers to 6.1

  The format is HDSDI at 59.94. The blackmagic deck control preference is set to HDTV 1080i 59.94 – 8bit and I still see no signal. I’m using a Sony J-H3 To playback a 59.94 tape. The deck is set to 29.97 (the only option close).
