  Inflate or shrink effect?

  Maybe you know the effect in Photoshop where you can inflate (or shrink) an araa very smoothly, like making eyes larger without a visible border.
  Is this also available in Motion? I want to set a mask and then the effect should done on every frame while moving or changing the mask.
  Or could this be done by a combination of several other effects?
