    Hello,

I have a Multibridge Eclipse, I have a Dell 24″ Dell Ultrasharp 2408WFP monitor, but realised the new Eclipse does not have the DVI out like the Extreme Multibridge.

Rather then buying a HDLINK PRO, to go SDI from the Eclipse to Dell. Would I be better offer buying an LCD TV?

I would like to playback the following 1280×720 24p, 25p, 60p from the JVC HD100U, as well as playback 1080i from the Sony V1 and 1080p form other sources.

I am looking for a low cost unit, would 30″ or more be okay? I am thinking of going out of the Eclipse HDMI OUT, direct into the LCD TV.

I want to playback fulle screen to the LCD TV, not only see the image small.

What do most people use? I am looking at the following model of LCD TV

    Samsung Bordeaux LE32R87BDX 32″ HD

    Samsung Bordeaux LE37R87BDX 37″ HD

    Hello,

I’ll check one of these out, will the imagw quality just be as good as a HDMI LCD TV?

    Thanks,

    Leo

The Dell has HDMI in doesn’t it? and I read somewhere that it even comes with a cable. So you should be able to hook it up directly HDMI from the multibridge to the monitor. Or component analogue.

I’d be interested to hear what you think about the picture quality – I’m considering getting one as a preview monitor.

    Cheers
