increasing photo quality in illustrator
I am trying to increase the quality of an image taken with a digital camera that appears to be around 1mb. I have zoomed into a particular part of the image and the quality is extrememly pixelated. I need to be able to maintain quality while still being able to scale this cropped image for submission in a publication that will be going to the printers. Is it possible to maintain or increase the quality of the image as I scale it in illustrator?
