I’m running Premier Pro CC2017 and I’ve seen a tutorial that increases a clip’s fps from 30 to 60 by creating a sequence that has a 60fps setting, and then dropping the 30fps clip into it and rendering with Optical Flow. But I don’t see a way to increase the fps to say, 90 or 120 because I don’t see a way to create a new sequence with that fps. Does anyone know a way to do this?

    Thanks

There is no export formats in Premiere that can output those framerates.
