Incorprating AE and flash
Anyone know of any good tutorials showcasing this. Nothing specific, just trying to add a little jazz to my websites.

What i usually do is export my AE created graphics / animations as image sequences, then bring them into flash that way. Or i embed them on the timeline as FLV’s. Hope this helps a little

Technique-wise in AE, basically you render high quality then compress to FLV, or you stick to the SWF-supported features and render an SWF.
If you’re looking for creative, don’t look for tutorials. Look at websites such as the motionographer website.
