What does it mean when a clip shows as “Incomplete” in the Import Panasonic P2 window of FCP?

It looks like it occurs on a clip that spanned from card1 to card2 on the fly. Probably is OK, although I don’t know how all this affects media management later on. Can anyone shed a little more light?
