imports in C4D
Hi,
I am trying to import an illustrator file to C4D but I do not even have an import option in the file drop down menu?
I am new at this, what is going on?

You don’t import it specifically, just load the illustrator file as an object and it should show up as a spline.

when I try to load it, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

i’m not sure why, but i think you need to save the illustrator file as version 8.0 for it too work properly.
