  importing xdcam ex .mov to premiere pro cs4

  hi. i’m new here in creative cow, new member. but i have been using creative cow for most of my queries for some time now. hope you guys could help me out.

  here’s my problem:
  i can’t seem to import a .mov file to premiere pro cs4. when i import, an error message pops up stating codec missing or unavailable. i think i do have a missing codec which is the xdcam ex / xdcam hd codec. i am not sure.

  would you be able to help me out? is there any solution on how to import this .mov file to premiere pro cs4? i’m using windows pc and i don’t have a mac to run final cut pro.
