Importing v8 Illustrator logo files – splines show up as one path…
Hi all,
I’ve got a logo that is made up of 8 different objects. I’ve ungrouped them, saved the file as Illustrator v8, and try to import to C4D. When I do, the object shows up as one path. I need to have seperate paths for each so I can extrude differently.
Is there any trick to this I might be missing? Any rules I could be breaking? I’m stuck!

in Preferences/ Import/Export /Illustrator Import uncheck Connect splines (and maybe Group Splines too)
