Importing ps 3300 x 2550 into ae while converting to 1920 x 1080 and keeping layer sizes
I imported multiple files using import as: composition – retain layer sizes. The photoshop files originated as 3300 x 2550. The ae composition is 1920 x 1080. The first time I imported them they converted to 1920 x 1080, retaining the layer sizes so everything fits perfectly in the frame.
Subsequent attempts resulted in the size within the 3300 x 2550 ratio. For example: (1650 x 1275). Please advise how to retain the layer sizes going from 3300 x2550 in ps into 1920 x 1080 in ae.

As a matter of practice, I recommend importing PS files and placing into a layer at the native resolution of the PS file. Then place that entire layer into another comp that is at the output resolution, and scaling the PS layer as needed.
