  Importing MPEG4 Graphics into SD Project

  Hello,
  I have DV-Pal project that has to use some MPEG4 graphics provided by client. The graphics are non-interlaced. Is there some way to avoid the rather harsh loss of resolution when transcoding these MPEG4 graphics to (interlaced) DV-Pal so that Premiere can handle them?
