Importing Jpegs – Why HD?
I am importing jpegs into a project that is not HD but they come in formatted for HD. Am I missing a setting that will allow jpegs to be imported in 4:3?
Using FCP HD Jpegs from PPT created in “on-screen-show” format
I have done this a lot with FCP 4 without a problem but am new to FCP HD

G4: 1G-DP: 1.5G ram

Lots of LaCie Firewire

They are not formatted for HD.. they are coming in at teh size you set them…
if you put them in an HD seqience.. FCP may be adjusting the distort setting to match your sequence Pixel Aspect Ratio.
Sugggest a visit to PhotoshopforVideo.com to download some QuickTime moveis and handuts.. as well as a throurough read of any of my PS Video books when you get the time
