Importing HD footage to Final Cut from a HDR-FX1
Hi, I’m currently working in Hong Kong on a proyect and the person who hired me to edit have a Sony
HDR-FX1 and I’m wondering what are the capturing setting that I have to follow in order to edit the HD
material on Final Cut. Also if I have HD footage transfered to DVD how to import this footage into Final Cut
as a file without the need to digitized. -

This might help. Down near the bottom of the thread they have the sequence settings. You’ll need to bring in the footage through IMovie HD unless you have Final Cut 5.
