    According to this thread, importing imovie clips with trailers or maps does not work. Which kind of made sense since there are no corresponding trailer / map motion templates in FCP X.
    There is a credits template but probably not the full set (I only have imovie 09).

    Importing clips with maps to FCP X simply hangs for me (spinning beach ball).

    This post is not to start yet another I hate FCP X. But is anyone at Apple clued up on what they have released?

    I don’t imagine anyone here would use iMovie, but if there is a workaround to this please share around!
