Importing footage from Panasonic SDR-H200
Hello.
Im trying to import my footage from a Panasonic SDR-H200 into FCP. When I connect the USB cable to my laptop the footage goes into ImageMixer3(software that came with the camera), it plays fine and I can edit with ImageMixer3, but I want to edit with FCP. When I save and then try to import into FCP, the video imports with no sound. Any suggestions on something I may be doing wrong or what I could do to fix this problem?Del’Shawnda

You need to transform the footage to a format that’s supported by FCP. Use this:https://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/video/mpegstreamclip.html for that.
