  • Importing Comps…Is there anything I should know?

I am getting super frustrated because I am trying to piece together different comps from different AEP files and basically I am importing on aep into a master aep. So when I import an aep I then replace a comp with the imported aep comp. Well when I replace it the masks don’t seem to be coming along with it…its been a fairly big mess thus far. Is there proper ways to be doing this? I looked at the help but it didn’t give much info about it.

    Thanks
    Josh

    I’m not understanding this description.

Perhaps you have a preference setting that is different across the various AEPs that you have. The one that may affect your master AEP could be the ‘General’ Preference for preserving constant mask vertex.

you could try turning on the continuos rasterization switch. i find that usually has to be on for pre comp type stuff.
