Importing After Effects into Premiere
Does anyone have any tips or links to tutorials how to quickly import an After Affects piece into Premiere?

Highlight the comp you want in PrP, depress Option then grab the comp while simultaneously Tabbing to Premiere Pro. Then drop the comp you dragged in on the Project window. A gymnastic drag and drop.
