    Hi Guys,
    When I import footage into P/Pro it gets stuck on the indexing phase & loops forever.
    Is there a setting that’s gone wrong? I’ve had issues with Encore as well…not opening projects, and not transcoding.

    Importing from where and in what format/codec?

    I am experiencing the same problem as well.

    I was editing fine and was about to export my project and Premiere crashed and wouldn’t restart.

    I reformatted my computer and re-installed P/Pro but now I am stuck in an “indexing” loop and I dunno what to do! Help!
