imported animation’s drop shadow looks blue
I’ve rendered out an animation in after effects and imported into FCP. The drop shadow on the animation has a strong blue tint to it when laid over footage. Has anyone else had this problem???
Also when I play the animation alone in quicktime, the video has a blue background representing the alpha channel.
I rendered it out changing the background color in After effects from blue to white and now the shadow has a faint white edge.
Finally changing the BG color to black solves the problem. Any idea why FCP retains the color of the BG when rendering animations
