import wmv sized 704 x 528
When I import a wmv into premiere 2.0 using a DV NTSC preset, it cuts off the bottom and top of the imported file. I can not figure out how to reset the aspect ratio for premiere so that I won’t cut off the full picture.
Suggestions?

Use the “Scale” parameter in the Effect Controls Panel to reduce the size of the clip so that nothing is cut off.

I’ve discovered, too, that if I set up the project as a DV Pal project, the 704 x 528 wmv file can be fully viewed.
