  Import PDF image

  I am confused on how the import pdf function works. It seems to generate a lot of thumbnails and some of these thumbnails don’t even look like images in the pdf file and some parts of the pdf file aren’t even a thumbnail. Could anyone explain what the import pdf function does and is it really that important for use.

  I am using Photoshop CS
