Import MXF files into Final Cut
I am trying to import Avid MXF files into Final Cut 7. How do I do that?

You don’t. FCP doesn’t support Avid MXF files. You could get Third party options like Raylight or Calibrated, that will allow import. But then you need to manually join audio and video, as they are separate files in Avid.
