  Import Compositions from external Project with ExtendScript

  Hello,
  is it possible to import a specific selection of compositions (i.e. based on the name of every particular composition) from an external .aep-Project with ExtendScript and not the whole project at once?

  It is no problem to import the whole project with
  app.project.importFile(new ImportOptions(projectFile));
  but is there any option to instantiate the file as an project and iterate through it items? I tried to cast the my file-variable without any success and it is also not possible to create a new project with "new Project()".
