Is there anyway I can import Bins from one project to another? I’ve got 2 bins from project 1 that I want into project 2 but I can’t open project 1 as every time I attempt to open it, it says “This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type.” I finished up my project 1 and saved it, closed Premier and then went to reopen the file just to make sure it was correct and that’s the error I’m getting.

I don’t care about what’s in the sequence, I just need what’s in the bins, as the bins contained about 3 hours of video and audio clips that I had just merged in Premier.

    HI…

in the new project, if you use your media browser panel and navigate to the old project and double click it in the media browser…

it will let you see all clips, bins and sequences in the project.

there you should be able to pull in what you want….

Oh thank you! This helped me more than Adobe’s instructions, which was to import the sequence making it very time consuming if you have bins.
