    Hi,

I’m using Encore 2 and am attempting to simply import a folder of photos as an asset: (as I have done numerous times in Premiere)

I am following the steps as described by the help section:

Make sure that the Project panel is active, and do one of the following:
Choose File > Import As > Asset.
Double-click any empty area below the asset list.
Navigate to the file or files that you want to import, select them, and click Open. To import the contents of a folder, select the folder and click Import Folder.

My problem is that when I click on the folder I simply do not see any option anywhere to “Import Folder”…the only option is “Open”

I can only import the files manually into a folder I have first manually created…

Is this a bug in Encore 2? or alternatively What am I missing here? Thanks

This is not possible in Encore CS3, and the CS3 help files do not reference this technique.

I strongly suspect that it’s not possible in 2.0, either, and that the 2.0 help files are incorrect.
