“sun glare” is a fairly generic term, but in most cases, no is the simple answer- especially with iMovie. If you mean flare, then almost certainly not. If you mean an overexposed section, then again not easily- overexposure means the data is lost from that part of the picture, and I don’t think iMovie offer particularly good (if any) selectional editing tools. Even in FC the only thing you can really do is to apply colour correctionand/ or decrease exposure to a section, which is probably gonna look crap. Sorry to be the voice of bad news! Although you could load a screenshot and see if anything can be done based on a bit more knowledge on our end…
