No, you need to structure your project. You need to have multiple comps, each containing one part of your timeline. The trick is to find some good transition points for the speed changes. Once you have this arrangement, you can actually pretty easily adjust the timing by moving all your pre-comps into your main comp. I possibly wouldn’t even bother to animate the position of the layers but use the Motion Tile effect instead.
