    Hello,

In Final Cut Pro 7, I would like to show a clip at its beginning in full screen.

At a certain point in the clip, I would like to create an effect where “hinges” on the left hand side (and later on on the right hand side, with a different clip,) of the monitor will allow for that image to swing and open up to a point where the image will stop “swinging” and continues to be seen while we can also see the background.

Obviously the background would be on V1 and the video clip on V2… how to make the clip on V2 “swing open” to a point where it will stop its motion, is beyond my knowledge.

Could someone please tell me how?

    Thanks for the info.

    Bert

    Thanks for the info.

Will try “the move” using Motion 4.

Glad to see you work for an ABC affiliate. I worked for ABC Net Special Events/Evening News in New York many, many moons ago.

    Be well,

    Bert
