Image loading problem
I have got a strange problem: if I try to add images they don’t load correctly. I drag n drop a picture on a video track and I can’t see it in the preview window. I can render it perfectly but the preview doesn’t work. I tried to change some settings, but it doesn’t help. If I go to the properties windows/media tab and I change the alpha channel settings randomly it sometimes loads and sometimes doesn’t. I do it many times and pictures that loaded correctly start to disappear, so it isn’t a good solution. This problem is totally random, an image loads in a project and if I try to add the same image to a different project I get this problem. I didn’t have this problem with Vegas 8 on Vista but I reinstalled my system and now I have Vegas 9 with Win 7. Can anybody give me some advice? (Sorry if I did some grammar mistakes, I’m Hungarian)

Are you able to load the image in an image editing program like Adobe Photoshop?
Are you able to load the image in a new movie just by itself? That is, create a new Vegas project and just drag that image that’s giving you problems onto the time line.
