Image in viewfinder, not 100%.
I have the Sony ex1r.
I think I know the answer to this but I thought I would ask anyway. Aside from using an external monitor, is there a way to see 100% of the image captured with the built-in viewfinder?
A lot of what I shoot will end up on the web and I know I can crop it in post, but I really would like use the full frame. Unfortunately, when I review the footage, I am seeing things creeping into the edges of the frame I don’t want that I am not seeing in the viewfinder– tips of boom mikes, etc.
Is there a setting to get 100% of the frame?

nope- this is precisely the sort of situation where you want an external monitor with over/underscan. That said, unless you’re outputting web video at 1080p, a few percent scale up to cover over that area in post would not harm anything visually.
