I am using Premiere Pro CS5. I imported video footage with a Blackmagic decklink studio. The footage is 720p. The video is running faster than the audio. The audio is running normally. The video seems like it’s running at a high framerate. The file properties are:

    File Path: G:\atalaia\Clip 1.avi
    Type: Blackmagic AVI File
    File Size: 5,0 GB
    Image Size: 1280 x 720
    Pixel Depth: 32
    Frame Rate: 50,00
Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz – 16 bit – Stereo
Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz – 32 bit floating point – Stereo
    Total Duration: 00:00:43:10
Average Data Rate: 119,3 MB / second
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1,0

    Reel name: ‘K7-3’
    User timecode: 00:00:00:00
    Alternative reel name: ‘K7-3’
    Contains 1 video track(s) and 1 audio track(s).
Interleave: 1 : 24.83 (conforming not required in 48000 Hz projects)

    Video Track 1:
Size is 1.01G bytes (average frame = 488.19K bytes)
    There are 2160 keyframes.
    Frame rate is: 50.0000 fps
    Frame size is: 1280 x 720

    Audio Track 2:

    What could be the problem?

The same thing happens to me.

This is a problem of capturing and interpreting Premiere.

I have the same problem when I capture with that software.

When I do that with Pinnacle I have no such problem. Pinochle however gives me the material in three different lines without multiplexing, A two-line video and mono audio. Care at that material Premiere and edit links Las lines or working with the nested sequence.

If you shoot straight Premiere. Synchronize the audio line with the respective video. But this demands more time because each cut or scene can have different measures of disequilibrium.

At the time the video camera records the, Audio takes a PAR frame. Before being registered. Leaving a small space in Silesian.

The problem is in the process of recording camcorder, As you can see the video and audio perfectly square, Both playing the cassette as in the captured video file. Higher than the image you have in the scene cuts, Image being frozen and only the audio playing, But if we move the cursor the player can see again the video and audio perfectly square.

And say that this is a problem of capturing and interpretation of Premiere failing to recognize the frames of silence in each section of the recording, As does Pinnacle.
