I am having difficulty rendering a piece containing elements of various (and large formtted ) sizes. I get an “After Effects unable to create 1992 X 1440 image buffer” or something similar. The images have for the most part been pre-comped. Would it help to make sure all the large stills are within precomps of their own? I placed the entire project that consists of many comps into one 720×480 comp before rendering… should I turn off monitor/display?…..am using dual G5 2.0/AE 7.0. thanks in advance.

I had the same problem. But my guess is that there’s a problem with intel dual core (this is what I have). And if you do have that same kind of computer, you probably know by now, that AE7 is not working well with our beautiful machine. Go read the post right before yours… We will have some good news soon… I hope!

May the force be with you
