iMac extra ram?
Hello fellow COW,
Basically I was wondering if there is anything I should pay particular attention to when buying more RAM for my iMac (24inch 3.06Ghz) as what Apple wanted was almost double what it would cost to buy it off ebay etc.
and also… is there any particular brand that is better then another?

Everybody seems to like Crucial’s RAM, and I’ve had good luck with it, and with Trans International’s RAM. I don’t think I’d buy any other brand myself.
