I’m importing a path into AE as a mask and I’m trying to get it draw itelf but in order so that the masks don’t just draw themselves at random moments. I have “Reveal Original Image” set and for the masks to stroke sequentially but it’s not working out. Any suggestions?

if i understand you correctly you may try separating all the paths so you’ll have them on separate layers, and animate them like that, or simply while animating the start and end properties make a hold keyframe in a given moment.

yeah, making the hold keyframe would probably be the simplest, i definitely don’t want to separate them into separate layers, that would be a pain

Have you reordered the masks in the timeline?
