    Illustrator CS6 screen lag on iMac problem?

    Could anybody please shed some light on a problem that I am having with screen lag/delay with Illustrator CS6.

    I have recently bought an iMac:

    Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
    Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
    Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB
    Software OS X 10.8.1

    I have been in contact with Apple & Adobe but the issue has not been resolved.

    how long is the lag?
    Are you running something else besides illustrator?
    Are you using a mouse or a wacom?
    How many monitors do you have and in which you have illustrator if you have more than two?

    Thanks for the reply:

    Lag – enough to cause problems when dragging objects whilst working
    Just Illustrator.
    Wacom Intuos 3.
    One monitor.
