Illustrator CS6 – Not Precise
I am unable to move or re-size objects in small/detailed amounts. Also, smaller objects are not getting perfectly centered when I align them to the artboard. All the “snap-to” are off. I never noticed an issue with this in CS4. Am I missing something?

Maybe check the options menu in the Transform palette and see if you have “Align New Objects to Pixel Grid” checked. I think this was introduced in CS5.
