Ideas on how to remove this Mic Shadow?
The mic appears on the board at a certain point and I need to remove it. The director won’t let me blow up the image.
I’m posting because there’s a few approaches and I’m trying to figure the most logical. I’m sure I could also creat a shadow that doesn’t look like a mic to make the rest of the board be in complete shadow but not sure how to go about that either. The footage is from s16mm so the grain makes tracking a pain in the butt. Any ideas?

looks like any easy fix. just use effect-extract key with a garbage matte, do a simple color correction and feather it out, and viola!

The easiest and cleanest way is rebuild the board in 3D.
