I am trying to make a rolling film background as an opening of a short video for my church. Just wonder if anyone have any idea going about it… I have PPro 1.5, PI SE, Flash & PSP. Anyone know of any ready made Stock footage of any moving film strip that are “FREE”? Or very economical. If else fails, I am planning on taping some 28mm rolling across a green screen and then… but smoothness might also be challenging besides the keying of it. Any idea will be appreciated.

perry, to make it smooth, i would suggest scanning the film strip with a scanner and saving a long still image which you could repeat if necessary.
this is probably more a job for AE than PP, i would not like to be doing much serious compositing with PP… but if you scan a still and move it in PP, you will not have a problem with the motion because it will be accurate, consistent and you can copy and paste the motion from one clip to another and get the motion exact.
    mark.
